Bio
Cornelis serves as the Law Clerk at Wallace Law, where he is completing his J-1 Academic Training. In this role, he is responsible for legal research and writing, as well as assisting with discovery and firm intake, all while conducting comparative research on U.S. civil procedure. A graduate of UW-Madison Law School, Cornelis was the first student to complete the LL.M. thesis option and earned a Graduate Certificate in Sustainability from Nelson Institute. He brings three years of experience as a criminal attorney in Indonesia and serves as Vice-Chair (Midwest) for the American Society of International Law. Outside of work, he enjoys writing, music and watching ice hockey.
